Join us for a three-hour workshop exploring the art of traditional B&W hand printing. This introductory session will guide you through the essential processes of B&W darkroom printing, helping you transform your B&W negatives into beautiful, archival prints.
We’ll begin by learning the basics: how to use enlargers, handle chemicals safely, choose the right paper, and make test prints. You’ll then move on to creating your first successful print, exploring key techniques such as dodging and burning, masking and contrast filters. These skills will lay the foundation for each participant to become a confident and capable printer.
